The Voices Project is a collaborative network that exists to shape and influence the broader culture through the training, promotion and support of leaders of color.

We gather to encourage and support these often isolated leaders, to reconnect to our history and across generations, to share ideas, to build bridges, and to strengthen hope.

To highlight diversity within the African American community

To influence the perception of the underclass that exists within our culture

To create positive influences in the lives of marginalized African Americans

To reconnect generation, history, faith and action

To support leaders of color working in alone in majority context

To offer critique and/or a united “voice” when needed
